We perform a detailed evaluation covering many aspects of an individual’s life, some of which include upbringing, lifestyle, nutrition in the formative years, activity and physical fitness quotient, environment, etc. Then using this information a specific individualized plan is designed that is unique to each person in order to achieve their goals. So it’s NOT a cookie cutter approach or an extreme diet, but instead is a more balanced and individualized lifestyle and nutrition change.
