Ikigai Health is more than a place, it’s THE REASON FOR BEING

Ikigai Logo

People in today’s day and life are missing a purpose, but are chasing the results. In our field, strength training, nutrition, and wellness can provide a host of benefits, however without a solid foundation can easily lead to periods of downfall. This is our IKIGAI … this is where we want to make a change. We believe there is no bar on age when beginning to focus on your health when taking it to its optimal level. We only have one tool that we have complete control over … Our Body.

The body has many different aspects and has to be evaluated and managed as a 360 degree approach to be its best version. Getting better one step at a time, whilst simultaneously staying on track, is an effective change working from the inside-out. This means, the internal gut system, the muscle make up, the injury management or prevention, the sleep quality and cycle, the time management, and last but not the least the emotional, mental, and psychological balance is looked at through a microscopic vision to design the optimal lifestyle for you. Weight loss, weight gain, or maintenance, whichever is your goal ends up being a side effect.

We are serious when it comes to our work and results. That is why we chose to be in a prime building like Camden Medical Center and located centrally and convenient for all on Orchard Boulevard. When it comes to business and getting you your results we are equally, if not more motivated as you are, when you walk into Ikigai Health. However, we choose to make this health journey of yours fun and exciting, so it motivates you to achieve your results.
You experience this the moment you walk into our space, where you will see small details that are taken into account to make it an inviting space and allow your mind to switch off from any stress, noise, or chaos that you may be surrounded with. We incorporate nutrition, training, life/health coaching, and injury management for various populations. Come and experience our process and build your solid foundation. We will help design an individualized lifestyle that not only best suits you, your body, and mindset, but is contagious enough to stick to it for life! Come find your Ikigai.

Before personal training, Randolph worked as a special education teacher — a background that shows in his patient, encouraging approach: pushing clients toward their goals without ever making them feel judged for where they’re starting from.

Tina Escano

Nutritionist & CranioSacral Therapist | Holistic aromatherapist (NAHA), Singapore

Tina is a Singapore-based Integrative Health Practitioner with over 12 years in the wellness industry, helping individuals optimize their health, performance and everyday vitality. Sitting at the intersection of nutrition, hospitality and human performance, her work is grounded in a truly integrative philosophy: true wellbeing isn’t about short-term trends or quick fixes, but understanding how our movement, nourishment, stress and environment work together.

Her journey spans with global experiences across Australia, Canada and Bali, alongside roles with industry leaders like COMO Shambhala. “My work is about helping the body feel safe enough to let go. That doesn’t happen through force, it happens through support. The body doesn’t release when it’s depleted, it releases when it’s supported” I look into the depths of nervous system regulation and more importantly help those to journey back to remembering who they are and connecting to the circadian rhythms of life. It is the simple, intentional habits that lead to lasting health, resilience and longevity.
