My relationship with good health has always been a tough one. I love to eat and I never enjoyed any form of physical exercise/ training. I always looked for fast fad diets to lose weight but my eternal quest was how to maintain the weight loss. My next concern was that whenever I started exercising, I would have aches in my back and knee and other parts of my body which quickly put a stop to the routine. Early this year I developed heart disease and was looking for a solution to my health problems.
